During my tenure as Partner and President of the Spas for Walt Disney World, I led award-winning teams that consistently ranked in the Conde Nast Top 5 Spas in North America & Mexico. More importantly, under my leadership, we achieved sixfold growth in both revenue and profitability, far surpassing industry benchmarks. This financial performance directly contributed to Disney’s acquisition of the business, underscoring my ability to lead high-growth initiatives while maintaining operational excellence.
History of Excellence & Perfection
In 2016, I was recruited by Disney to lead the development and launch of the exclusive Club 33 Private Club at Walt Disney World. This project exceeded expectations by delivering twice the projected revenue and outperforming profit targets across all business lines. Through innovative service models and operational efficiencies in technology and team development, Club 33 became a hallmark of financial and experiential success.
Two years into the ongoing build and growth of Club 33, I was asked to lead the effort to revitalize Disney’s Senses Spas and Wellness division, which had been experiencing a significant downturn. My leadership brought the business to a stable state for the first time in nearly four years, achieved through a focus on operational excellence, team development, and enhancing the guest experience.
Most recently, I spearheaded the launch of London House, an emerging private club concept, and assumed leadership roles in the luxury bridal retail sector with Bridal Gallery of Orlando, a boutique that has received multiple industry accolades and featured on Peacock Network. My expertise in the hospitality sector, combined with a client-centric approach, has consistently driven sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
